Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Whiteboard Factory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
We provide a browser-based tool to create whiteboard-style animation videos. Video rendering occurs in your browser; we sync project data and optional media to our servers.
2. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business content creation according to your subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
3. Your content
- Ownership: You retain all rights to photos, text, audio, and videos you upload or create.
- License to us: You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (sync, preview, support).
- Responsibility: You must have rights to all content you upload. Do not upload infringing, illegal, or harmful material.
4. Commercial license
Commercial use of exported videos (client work, monetized channels, ads) requires a Pro or Agency plan unless otherwise agreed in writing. Free and Starter plans are for personal / non-commercial use only.
5. AI-generated content
AI features (voice, images, suggestions) may produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing. We disclaim liability for AI-generated content. AI usage consumes plan credits as described on the pricing page.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: spam, attack our infrastructure, bypass quotas, share accounts beyond plan limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly via Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). Prices include applicable taxes where shown. Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
- You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until period end.
- You may delete your account in Settings (7-day grace, then permanent deletion).
- We may terminate for breach with notice where reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss beyond fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. The service is provided “as is”.
10. Governing law

11. Changes
